Emergency Funding Requests

The Community Outreach Committee helps local nonprofits navigate unexpected challenges through our Community Assistance Fund. This fund provides financial support for organizations experiencing unforeseen program disruptions, urgent needs, or critical gaps in service.

Applications are now open.

Criteria

  • Applications are received throughout the year.
  • Available to nonprofit agencies in Dallas County and/or the City of Dallas that address critical human needs and have an emergency short-term need.
  • Grants are awarded in increments up to $5,000.
  • Agencies are only eligible to receive up to $5,000 in any give year.
