Board of Directors

The Board of Directors manages the activities, property and affairs of the Junior League of Dallas (JLD), emphasizing strategic and proactive leadership. The Board sets and revises governing policies and ensures the alignment of the JLD mission and vision at all levels of the organization through policy administration, financial management, strategic planning, operational continuity and public relations.

 

Dr. Lindsay Davis

President

Active Member since 2015 

Lindsay was born in Fort Worth and has called Dallas home since 2012. She holds a BBA and BA from Texas Christian University and earned her MEd and EdD from Southern Methodist University, where she was honored with the prestigious M Award in 2021. 

 She currently serves as Director of BBA Admission at SMU’s Cox School of Business. Lindsay’s professional background also includes roles at the George W. Bush Presidential Center and leadership of SMU’s Hunt and President’s Scholars Programs. She was named to the AJLI 40 Under 40 list in 2024 and is a proud member of the Leadership Dallas Class of 2025. 

 Lindsay joined the Junior League of Dallas in 2015. Her leadership roles include President-elect, Community Vice President, Nominating and Finance Member-at-Large, and inaugural Project Chair for the Dallas Mayor’s Back to School Fair. She has also served on the Strategy team and as a Boys & Girls Club Collegiate STEPS mentor. 

 She and her husband, Joe, live near White Rock Lake with their rescue Yorkie, Nelly, and their daughter, Elliott, who attends Solar Preparatory School for Girls. She enjoys reading, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and being a devoted dance mom.

Lauren Combest

President-elect

Active Member since 2009 

Lauren is a proud fourth-generation graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Health Behavior and Health Education. She currently serves as an Account Director at Goodway Group, managing General Motors’ digital media campaigns in the South-Central Region. 

 Lauren joined JLD in 2009 and has held numerous leadership roles, including Luncheon Chair, Communications Vice President, Recognition Chair, New Member Committee Chair, and Nominating Member-at-Large. She is a graduate of the 2015 T. Boone Pickens Leadership Institute. 

 Outside the League, Lauren is PTA President at Moss Haven Elementary. She also serves on the Dallas Alumnae Panhellenic Association board as the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority Delegate. 

 She and her husband, Steve, live in Lake Highlands with daughters Elizabeth and Audrey, and their two dogs, George and Peanut. Lauren enjoys Mahjong, pickleball, and cheering for the Longhorns. 

Kiki Gao

Administrative Vice President

Active Member since 2017 Kiki was born in China and raised in Mexico City. She earned a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Dallas, where she later delivered the 2019 commencement address. 

Kiki has spent over 12 years at Southwest Airlines, where she currently works in Corporate Tax with a focus on international tax and tax controversies. In 2017, she received Southwest’s highest honor, the President’s Award. 

Kiki’s JLD service includes leadership roles as Grants for Innovative Teaching Chair, Member Engagement Chair, and roles on the Nominating and R&D Committees. She has also volunteered at the Dallas Museum of Art and Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and is a 2025 graduate of the JLD Leadership Institute. 

 Kiki lives in Preston Hollow and enjoys traveling, iced Americanos, and finding peace in her growing plant collection. 

Jenna Berg

Communications Vice President

Active Member since 2015 

Jenna, born in Columbus Ohio, holds dual bachelor’s degrees in marketing and fine arts from the University of Cincinnati.  

As the Vice President of Brand Marketing at G6 Hospitality, Jenna oversees marketing and branding and led the major brand transformation in 2022 to commemorate Motel 6’s 60th anniversary. She and has been named to Ad Age’s “Top 40 Under 40” and the 2023 “The List.” 

Jenna joined JLD in 2016 and has served in roles such as Research & Planning Chair, Education & The Arts Impact Area Director, New Member MAL, and Project Chair at the Dallas Zoo and The Ashford Rise School of Dallas. She is also a graduate of the JLD Leadership Institute. 

She lives in Dallas with her husband, John, and rescue pup, Omar, and enjoys traveling the world, reading great novels, and watching the Dallas Stars.   

Caitlin Holcomb

Community Vice President

Active Member since 2015 

Caitlin was born and raised in San Antonio and moved to Dallas to attend SMU, earning a BBA in Finance. She also holds an MBA from Cornell University and her Community Health Worker certification from Baylor Scott & White. 

Caitlin’s professional background spans investment banking, corporate innovation, and strategy. She now focuses on healthcare entrepreneurship, empowering individuals with greater control of their health and wellness. 

Caitlin began her JLD service in 2015, with placements including Project Chair for St. Philip’s School and Methodist Health, Hostess at Cancer Support Community, and Community Initiatives Director, overseeing the Done-in-a-Day and Spanish Immersion teams. She is a 2024 graduate of the JLD Leadership Institute. 

She lives in Lake Highlands with her husband, John, daughter Gwen, and their two dogs. She enjoys running, dancing, reading, taking family walks, and exploring all that Dallas has to offer.   

Stephanie Kaye Ramirez

Development Vice President

Active Member since 2012 (Transferred in 2016) 

Stephanie, a born and bred Dallasite, brings both heart and hustle to everything she does. She earned dual undergraduate degrees—a BBA in Business and a BA in Spanish—from SMU and later completed her MBA in Brand Marketing and Strategy at Vanderbilt University. 

Professionally, Stephanie runs her own marketing and strategy consulting firm, where she helps brands connect with purpose and impact. Her nonprofit leadership journey began with the New York Junior League, where she spearheaded several successful fundraising events. 

Since transferring to JLD in 2016, Stephanie has taken on multiple leadership roles, including serving as Auction Chair for Disco for Dallas, Community Relations & Events Liaison for Kids in the Kitchen, and Communications & Technology Liaison for Member Engagement. She is a 2024 graduate of the JLD Leadership Institute. 

Stephanie and her husband, Tim, live in Las Colinas with their two beloved dogs—Oliver, a Bichon-Shih Tzu, and Charlie, a Bordoodle. She finds joy in staying active, exploring fashion, attending events, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and traveling the world. Above all, Stephanie is passionate about giving back to the community she calls home through purposeful, mission-driven philanthropy. 

Michelle Prudhomme-Coleman

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Vice President

Active Member since 2016 

Michelle, born in Los Angeles, holds both an MBA and an MA, and brings more than 15 years of experience leading efforts that strengthen engagement, belonging, and values-driven culture transformation within the education and healthcare sectors. She currently serves in a strategic leadership role in the pediatric healthcare space and is certified in Cultural Intelligence (CQ). 

Recognized as a Top 100 Emerging Leader by Diversity MBA Magazine and selected as a Public Voices Thought Leadership Fellow, Michelle continues to contribute insights and influence in spaces that drive meaningful change. In 2023, she was selected to join the inaugural cohort of D CEO’s Emerging Women Leadership Network, a platform for high-impact connection and mentorship among Dallas’ top executive women leaders.  

Michelle has held leadership roles at JLD including Education Director, Community Advisory Board Committee Chair, and JLD Leadership Institute Course Director.  

Dallas serves as home base for Michelle, where she balances an active lifestyle with her love of travel. She finds fulfillment in forming authentic connections with individuals who are shaping their industries and communities. 

Katy Ratley

Financial Vice President

Active Member since 2015 

Katy, born in St. Louis, and holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. 

Katy is a seasoned finance professional with a background in institutional lending. She has worked for two of the largest banks in the U.S. and is known for her creativity and strong client focus. 

In the League, Katy has served as Finance Committee Chair, Community Vice President, and Research & Development Chair. Her community placements include Nexus Recovery Center, Juliette Fowler Communities, and the Dallas Arboretum. She is also a 2019 graduate of the T Boone Pickens Leadership Institute. 

Katy lives in Lakewood, with her husband, two sons, and ill-behaved dogs. She enjoys traveling, gardening, any sport, and reading.  

Jessica Pantano

Membership Vice President

Active Member since 2011 

Jessica was raised in Long Valley, New Jersey and The Woodlands, Texas, and holds a BA in Psychology from Baylor University. She currently works as a Senior Recruiting Manager with Honeywell specifically for their Aerospace Division. 

Since joining in 2011, her service to JLD includes roles as Training Vice President, New Member Chair, Project Chair – Our Children’s House, T. Boone Pickens Leadership Insitute Chair, Nominating Committee, and Membership Engagement Chair. She is a graduate of the T Boone Pickens Leadership Institute in 2020.  

Outside of JLD, Jessica had served on the Board of Directors and as President of BvB Dallas, supporting Alzheimer’s Research and care, and Cupid’s Charities supporting Neurofibromatosis research. She is also involved with the Baylor Women’s Council, Dallas Chapter. 

Jessica lives in East Dallas with her two Pomeranians, Brooklyn and Gnocchi, and enjoys travel, concerts, fitness, listening to Britney Spears, shopping for vinyl with her boyfriend, Ty, and cheering on the New York Giants and Yankees. 

Keisha Dragone

Secretary

Active Member since 2020 

Keisha holds a BA in History with a minor in Music from Xavier University and a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati.  

Keisha is Senior Counsel and Regional Compliance Director for North America at Brink’s, where she oversees complex compliance and regulatory matters across a 52-country footprint. Her achievements have earned her the Brink’s Pinnacle Award and two “Raising the Bar” awards. 

Since joining JLD in 2020, Keisha has served on the Governance Committee, as Governance Member-at-Large, and Project Chair for Musical Outreach. She has also contributed to the Research & Development Committee. 

Keisha lives in Dallas with her husband and twin toddlers. She enjoys walks, interior design, and savoring Italian meals with flair. 

Melissa Jacobowski

Signature Projects Vice President

Active Member since 2015 

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  

Melissa currently works as a Manager in the Philanthropy Services Department at Tolleson Wealth Management, where she supports clients in creating and executing strategic philanthropic plans. 

Melissa’s League leadership includes roles such as Assistant VP of Signature Projects, League Initiated Projects Director, Community Outreach Chair, and member of the JLD Leadership Institute Class of 2024. 

Melissa lives in Dallas and enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew and supporting the Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars.

Cathryn McClellan

Strategy Vice President

Active Member since 2022 

Cathryn was born in San Diego, CA and grew up in Dallas. She holds a BA from Hendrix College in Conway, AR and earned her Master of Liberal Studies from Southern Methodist University.  

Cathryn is the Sr.  Manager of Strategic Partnerships at American Express, where she oversees community outreach and workforce development initiatives for the global technology organization. Her background includes roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, the Dallas Regional Chamber, and Communities Foundation of Texas.  

Cathryn is also co-founder of Black Arts DFW, Chair of the HERitage Giving Fund, and a member of the Business Council for the Arts board. Cathryn holds a strong record of nonprofit leadership and has been honored with the 2021 Business Council for the Arts Obelisk Award and the 2022 Black Philanthropy Month Black Women Give Back recognition. 

In the League, she has held roles as Women LEAD Project Chair, Signature Projects – Grants Director, Strategy Member-at-Large, and member of the JLD Leadership Institute. 

Cathryn lives in Plano with her four dogs, Bonnie, Grace, Pearl, and Poppy. She is deeply committed to equality and inclusivity and enjoys community engagement, arts, and cultural events across Dallas.  

Dulari Mehta

Training Vice President

Active Member since 2016 

Dulari is Manager of Social Impact for Hilti North America, where she leads workforce development initiatives to create sustainable employment for underserved populations. She previously held leadership roles at Goodwill Industries, Austin Street Center, and the Commemorative Air Force. 

She holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Missouri and a Master of Education in Leadership and Policy from SMU. 

Dulari has served in numerous League leadership roles, including Training, Strategy, Membership and Signature Projects. She is also Grant Chair for the Orchid Giving Circle and an alum of Leadership Arts Institute. 

She lives in Dallas and enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew, arts and crafts, and a good peanut butter cookie. 

Laura Johnson

Sustainer Advisor

Member since 1996 

Laura is a long-time member of the Junior League of Dallas, having served in several leadership roles including President, President-elect, Training Vice President, Community Vice President, Underwriting Chair, Sustainer Programs Co-Chair, and HR Advisory Committee Member. 

She brings decades of institutional knowledge and leadership to her role as Sustaining Advisor. She continues to support the League’s mission by mentoring current board members and sharing her invaluable insights. 

Laura lives in Dallas and works as a trademark paralegal at Haynes Boone. She enjoys yoga, walking, fine dining, and watching college football with her husband, David (Go Longhorns; Geaux Tigers).
